the overall place is clean and comfortable. The location is great as very close to Marina Island and Pantai Teluk Batik, and beside that got 7eleven and 99speedmart which is very convenient

Near than jetty lumut. Can walk from hotel to jetty. Distance around 1KM only. Can park near hotel without pay the parking fee.
